Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, cosmetic products cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, should you experience any adverse reactions with our products or if you have other concerns, please address the issue by contacting (02) 8584-6807.
At Kamedis Philippines, we prioritize in protecting your personal information which includes your name, address, contact numbers and credit or debit card details. All user information is secured by the system and will not be disclosed to any other entity other than the user himself/herself.
Orders are shipped during business days between Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
For items in stock, depending on the shipping method you select and the location order is to be dispatched to, your order should be processed and ship within 3 to 7 working days after order verification and credit approval. It may take longer for shipments outside of Metro Manila.
Orders will be processed once credit card authorization is received. Due to influx of transactions on festive holiday seasons, please allow more time for delivery during this period.
Kamedis Philippines is able to dispatch anywhere in the Philippines. Shipment overseas and to P.O. boxes are currently not available.
